Is MyCasa affiliated with any estate agency?
No. MyCasa earns no commissions and is not affiliated with any agency, portal, or government body. We're paid only by subscribers. This is what "independent" means.
Is it a subscription?
No. The Buyer Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks full access for 4 months — long enough for a typical purchase from first viewing to escritura. Nothing auto-renews. If your purchase runs long, you can buy another pass at any time and the extra time is added on.
Is my data safe and private?
Your data is stored on EU servers and never sold or shared with third parties. Vault documents are encrypted at rest. You can export or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens when my 4 months are up?
Your account stays — your data is never deleted. Pro features simply pause until you buy another Buyer Pass. The free calculators and your saved property remain available.
