Is MyCasa affiliated with any estate agency?
No. MyCasa is not affiliated with any agency, portal, or government body, and property or professional choices never affect our guidance. We earn from Buyer Passes, clearly labelled promoted placements, and disclosed partner links.
Is it a subscription?
No. The Buyer Pass is a one-time €79 payment that unlocks 6 months of full access — long enough for a typical purchase from first viewing to the final deed (escritura). Add 3 months for €39. Nothing auto-renews.
Is my data safe and private?
Your data is stored on EU servers and never sold or shared with third parties. Vault documents are encrypted at rest. You can export or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Who handles the payment and tax?
Stripe Managed Payments / Link is the merchant of record for Buyer Pass purchases. It handles payment processing, applicable indirect tax, invoices, receipts, transaction support, refunds and disputes. The €79 price includes tax where Stripe applies it, so no tax is added at Checkout.
What happens when my 6 months are up?
Your account stays — your data is never deleted. Buyer Pass features simply pause unless you add another 3 months for €39. The free calculators and your saved property remain available.
